Weekly Wishes

This is such a weird time of year – on the one hand most people are tired and feel like they need a vacation, on the other hand the excitement for the end of year and christmas family time is building up. I am in the midst of planning my first half of next year, and all I can say is that it is going to be wild!

But now to get back to this week and my Weekly Wishes…

The last wish that I posted was about taking time each day to play the songs and exercises on the piano that is for me and not my students. Although I did not get to it every single day these last weeks, I managed most of the days. And I must say that it feels GREAT! I do not know if I have ever felt so inspired to play and improve my own skill. It is just fantastic! (And I am going to keep on doing it even though I am not specifically making it a wish of mine for this week.)

For this week's wish I want to get back to the basics of blogging. The most basic part thereof – actualy writing some posts. These last two weeks I have started so many posts and almost finished them, but I did not go through the trouble of polishing and actualy posting. I aim to rectify that this week. I would like to post at least two seperate posts this week excluding this one. I already have the ideas, I just need to push through and do it. So hopefully you will hear a bit more from me this week.

So, lets start this week with a bang! Have a fun, purpose-filled Monday, and remember to encourage those around you who seem a bit exhausted.

I like it too… I have sort of made it my motto for the rest of the year. Hope you are doing well too!

It’s easy to get out of the habit of actually finishing posts. I have a ton of drafts that I’ve started, so I know the feeling. Good luck with your goals this week!

Here is the funny thing – i actualy realy enjoy the feeling of pressing the “publish” button. I don’t know why I have been struggling to finish my posts this last while.

        Ah! I love it too!

I agree that you can get so caught up in blogging, that you actually don’t have time to WRITE. Who would have thought, right?? Enjoy getting back to basics, Nino! Have a wonderful week. :)

Thank you Kayli! The writing bit is one of my favourites, I don’t think anyone that hates writing will willingly start a blog. Back to basics as you say… I hope you have a wonderful week too!

haha sometimes I spend so much time networking and reading other blogs that I also sort of forget to write my own! Yesterday I was super productive and schedule all 5 posts for this week though, and that felt awesome!
